1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StackVault ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
StackVault is a multi-tenant SaaS application that helps agencies and freelancers track client assets, subscriptions, and renewal dates. The Service is operated by Nexmend.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and verify it to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
4. Free & Pro Plans
The Free plan is available at no cost and includes all core features. The Pro plan is a voluntary one-time payment ($20–$50) that grants a Pro badge and priority support. All features remain available on both plans. Pro payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as the Merchant of Record.
5. Payments & Refunds
Pro plan payments are one-time and non-recurring. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Nexmend. LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing and related disputes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data; (c) upload malicious code or content; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency shutdowns. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Billing page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexmend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
